So Long Sally!

So Long Sally!

Today we were very sad to say good bye to our nurse Sally. She only joined us in September, but has had a huge positive impact on school. She has trained all of our Education, Health and Care Assistants to carry out all of the many duties they have to keep our children happy and healthy. Sally goes on to a promotion, and they are very lucky to have her! Children had made cards and in assembly this afternoon we presented her with these along with flowers to say thank you for all of her hard work and dedication, not only to the children and their families, but also to the staff. She was overwhelmed and there were lots of tears! We will miss her, but she promises to come back and visit. In the meantime, we have nurse manager Julie in school until our new nurse Kelly joins us - and of course we have our fantastic Healthcare Assistants Cate and June to look after us. Bye bye Sally and Good Luck in the new job!
