This morning parents joined us in school to take part in a sensory storytelling workshop hosted in the Studio by teacher and English coordinator Georgie Stephens There were lots of opportunities to explore sensory aspects of the story and to think about cheap, easy ways of making a story more engaging for a child using things we all have at home. We think the parents really enjoyed the session and hopefully they can put the ideas into practice for World Book Day next week! Thanks to Georgie for organising and leading the event.
