Parent Workshop - Christmas Crafts

Teacher Shannon held a great parent workshop today - they had a lovely morning exploring a range of Christmas themed sensory and arts and crafts activities that families could do together at home. They enjoyed making decorations, exploring smelly ‘candy cane’ shaving foam, spice painting and looking at treasure baskets to name just a few of the brilliant ideas Shannon shared, to help parents do sensory activities with any child. We had 5 parents and carers that attended and they all said they really enjoyed the session and couldn’t wait to try some new things at home. in the photo, parents Janice and Chris are admiring the sparkly resources! If you are interested in any of our workshops, please contact us in school - all are welcome, you don’t have to have a child here, we would welcome newcomers to any of them.
