Today the pupils got to meet Daisy and Martin from British Rail, who led a session all about going to the train station and using the train. The pupils got to explore different jobs of people who worked in the rail station and experienced dressing up as these roles. We finished the session by exploring what the pupils needed to take on the train and each pupil had the chance to say what they would pack. Three of the tutor groups will have chance to go with Daisy and experience using the train in their return journey from Blackburn to Preston with TG5 going first this Thursday.
