Harvest Festival

This morning we held our annual harvest festival, welcoming parents and guests into school to join in our first big assembly of the year. Children had made some lovely autumnal artwork to decorate the halls and families had donated items of food which will be going to the Blackburn Food Bank to help others. We had a song - Let’s Harvest! - from 14-19 choir and guest speakers were Barbara Foster from the food bank and Fiona Conway from Christchurch Blackburn. It was fantastic to see so many friends in school
