Well here we are, last day of the year - what a busy one! We are all ready for a break. This morning we celebrated saying goodbye to our class of 2017 with an assembly, including screenings of the leavers’ video and ‘The Cosmic Wheelchair’ film made by students earlier in the year - it was lovely to see so many parents come along to say goodbye too - and it was loud and fun with Myrah absolutely rocking the mic singing along to Little Mix! Lots of cheering, lots of laughter and a few tears too… We wish them the best of luck for the future! The afternoon saw our younger pupils splashing in pools in the sunshine, while the older ones got very hot in the famous end of year disco - very loud, very hot! Thank you to everyone who has helped the Newfield family to have another great year - we wish you all a happy summer holiday and look forward to seeing you in school in September!
