IQM Assessor Visit

Today we were visited by Dave Stott, from Inclusion Quality Mark, who came in to assess us once more to ensure that we continue to meet the very high inclusion standards. Dave has assessed us before and once again he was very complementary about the school and said it was obvious from the moment you drive in that Newfield is a very cared for, and caring, school that has been ‘meticulously’ designed to meet the needs of the children. What a lovely comment! He toured school, going into lessons and met with a number of staff to discuss our on-going commitment to inclusion and our plans for the future.

Many thanks to Julie Jones for coordinating everything again, and well done everyone for your part in us once again achieving the Inclusion Quality mark – ‘Flagship’ status!
