World Book Day part I

Today we are having a fantastic time, celebrating World Book Day with lots of exciting events taking place. Pupils and staff have come to school dressed up as their favourite story characters - lots of witches, princesses, pirates etc Lots of groups are enjoying the sensory studio session of the Roald Dahl classic, the BFG. Every child will be taking home their book voucher, with which they can use to buy either buy one of the 10 special £1 books, or put towards the price of any book of their choice. This afternoon there is a special assembly where prizes will be awarded for the best costumes! We all love stories, and will be making a display of children and staff with their favourite books, so please have a look next time you are in school.
