Today this half term’s ‘Enterprise’ learning for our oldest pupils culminated with a Valentine’s sale - they had made lots of romantic items including cakes, pictures, cards, decorations, all manner of trinkets, boxes of sweets & chocolates, candle holders, woven placemats - it really is amazing how creative and talented the post 16 phase are when it comes to making things to make money! There was a love hamper raffle, which had everything in it for a romantic treat, and tickets for this are still on sale until tomorrow - so get yours quick. The atrium was packed with people buying at the stalls, so we must have earned plenty of money to put towards our next project (Easter) whilst spreading a little joy, love and happiness!
