Today we are enjoying chatting as it is Time to Talk Day! This is a day which encourages the nation to talk about mental health and keep the conversation going round the clock. This is difficult for some of our children but the basic principle is that conversations can change lives. We are really lucky to have our wonderful School Counsellor Sharon who is brilliant at helping pupils to express themselves in whatever way they can, and she works everyday to make sure that our children get ‘time to talk’ and have their views and feelings heard. she will be working with a group this afternoon, and we are encouraging everyone to make time to talk to each other today especially! If you get chance today, please make time to either sit, walk, run, drive or dance and talk to your friends and family about how they are feeling!
