Today we had more pupils taking over adult roles as part of the Children’s Commissioners Take Over Challenge. This morning Aatika worked as a TA in secondary 2 and accompanied the younger pupils to their link at Witton Park High School. She did really well taking on the responsibility and said that she had enjoyed it. In the photo you can see Jessica serving lunch to new teacher Louise. Jessica started her ‘Takeover’ in the kitchen at 9am and worked throughout the morning with the catering team to prepare lunches for all the pupils and staff. She did a fantastic job of prepping and serving and also really enjoyed the experience.
