This morning we held our very final assembly of the year to say goodbye to our leavers. It is always a happy occasion tinged with sadness as we reflect on so many happy memories and exciting ventures for the future with our children, staff and families. We watched the leavers video which made lots of us cry. Our class of 2016 came out to their favourite tunes and collected their gifts and said a few words. Then our staff leavers had their moment to say goodbye and receive gifts from children and staff - teacher Adele is pictured, retiring after 22 years here. It was lovely to see so many parents and family members and share a few last moments. We wish all our leavers the very best of luck and hope that they all come back to visit - we will miss them!
