Each year our friends from Stonyhurst College who attend each week for wheelchair dancing, invite pupils and staff to join them for a tour, games, entertainment and lunch at their beautiful Clitheroe grounds. We had a lovely day at Stonyhurst today, the sun also made an appearance which made our walk around the grounds of the college spectacular. We enjoyed lunch then took a walk to feed the ducks taking in all the sights and sounds as we went. We were then treated to a dance show by a group of dance student’s which Newfield student’s thoroughly enjoyed, very engaging and lots of fun. We also got the chance to have a dance ourselves….. A good day enjoyed by all involved. Stonyhurst very kindly presented us with a cheque to go towards our mini-bus appeal - a huge thank you to them once again.
