This morning Chris Dunn came into school to deliver a small presentation about what [Childline]|(https://www.childline.org.uk) is and how they can help young people. All the older students who attended were fully involved and offered really good comments and ideas about what made children and young people sad; also commenting on who they could trust to talk to. Chris also talked about the different types of difficulties some young people may experience and also the types of abuse they may hear about. Chris was really impressed with our students and is looking forward to coming back next Wednesday, when he is coming in and is going to do group work with them to discuss child line further. All the students who attended the sessions said they wanted to attend the second one.
