This morning we held our Easter Assembly, with the vicar from Christchurch Blackburn attending along with lots of parents and visitors. Our choir sang, our youngest pupils did a song and dance about the Easter Bunny looking for his eggs (which you can see in the photo) and Class 4 showed us their artwork all about what comes out of eggs! It was a fun assembly and at then end we said ‘goodbye and happy retirement’ to one of our teaching assistants, Christine, who has worked at school for over 14 years. Later, pupils enjoyed a special Easter party lunch. Everyone had a great time and it was fantastic to see so many parents!
