Christmas Fair 2014

This morning we held our annual Christmas Fair - and what a huge success it was! There was a brass band, performances from the choir, stalls selling items the children had made, lots of lovely food to buy, as well as a cafe, games and competitions. There were so many visitors who atteneded, including children from our link schools, former pupils and staff, parents and other family members, governors and friends of the school. The parents group had a stall, working with children to decorate biscuits donated by Barnes Bakery, badge making and selling toys and sweets - those ladies certainly know how to persuade people to part with their money! Father Christmas himself visited and children had a magical time in Santa’s Grotto. Everyone loved the festivities and the atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who either worked on the fair or came along and spent lots of money! So far we have totted up over £1000 for school funds and we are still counting!
