On Friday 11th July children in the primary department dressed in their team colours to celebrate and compete in the activities of Sports Day. There were many exciting, challenging and fun activities to try out and show off their skills learnt over the year, some of these including: Hook-A-Duck, Studio Workout, Making Healthy Choices for snack, mini obstacle course, sorting, reaching and ball games, and a Senses Sensory Garden Experience. The children all got really involved and engaged with all the activities and the social mix of the day. The afternoon involved a whole primary parachute game before relaxing down looking at photographs from the morning and awarding the children with a certificate and medal for their accomplishments of the day. All children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the day and a well-earned rest at the end of it!
