Today, our fabulous singing and signing choir performed at the Lowry theatre in Salford, taking part in the morning performance at the 12th annual INSCAPE Music festival. Talented pupils from special schools across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire performed in the Quays Theatre. This year, pupils from 14 special schools will had the opportunity to perform contemporary music and songs in a professional concert setting. The concert showcased a selection of songs including ‘We’ve all got something to give’ a specially composed song by Peter Adamson, former Music Coordinator at Inscape House School and dad of our ARC teacher Katrina! The concert provides the ideal opportunity for members of the public, as well as families, to listen to the musical talents of young people and the choirs and audiences all had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Lois for helping us to take part again, and well done to all the pupils and staff who performed!
