This week we have been raising awareness and money for Myeloma UK. Myeloma, not to be confused with Melanoma (skin cancer), is a blood cancer, which is treatable but not curable. It touched the life of the family of one of our staff a few years ago, and each year June wears a bright orange t-shirt to fundraise. She says every little helps so today we made and sold cakes to get cash to assist in support of projects involving the Myeloma community. June wanted to say a big thank you for the continual support. You can find out more about the cancer at Myeloma UK.
