On Wednesday 4th June, Class 4 visited Stonyhurst College. The students from Stonyhurst come into Newfield all through the year to help us in wheelchair dancing. Once a year, we have a return trip to Stonyhurst, where the students greet us, show us around their beautiful college & grounds, and we have a picnic. This year, they also put on a fabulous dance show for us to watch. Despite the rainy weather, we all had a great time. Whilst we were there, we were presented with cheque from Stonyhurst to go towards the Newfield Minibus Fund. The cheque is for £2,000!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much to Stonyhurst College for this amazing donation and for all of their support during the year. We look forward to starting wheelchair dancing with them again in the Autum term.
