This week, after 2 intensive days, the Autism Accreditation review process is now over! The feedback we have received so far has been very positive and the team were delighted by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and children - the official verdict will not be confirmed for 8 weeks but we are optimistic! All of the staff in the Autism Resource Centre (ARC) have been fantastic, as usual, demonstrating the skill and expertise that supports our children with Autism both within the specialist area of school and in the generic classes. As a school we are extremely proud of our Autism specialists, and under the guidance of Vicki Clements, Deputy Head, they continue to make a huge difference to the lives of children with Autism and their families.
