At the end of this first week of the summer term, our secondary choir have begun getting their hands and voices ready for the many events at which they will entertain everyone before the end of the year. Our choir sing and also sign using Makaton, both familiar songs and also current pop songs. The choir is led by teacher Lois and HLTA Rachael and is very popular with pupils, as well as staff who love supporting pupils and joining in! They are all especially excited about performing at the Lowry Theatre at Salford Quays, as part of the INSCAPE music festival on the 25th June. Our choir always perform their hearts out and go down a storm, but it takes lots and lots of practise and here is where the magic all begins…
