Today, pupils from the RRSA Assembly Committee took their ‘Children’s Rights Workshop’ to St Barnabas & St Paul’s C of E Primary School in Blackburn. Our pupils were fantastic ambassadors and passed on their knowledge about children’s rights to pupils in years 3 and 4 by leading a series of activities and games. The pupils at St Barnabas & St Paul’s enjoyed taking part in the activities on offer and especially enjoyed performing the role plays to demonstrate whether children’s rights were being met. Rayyaan was able to use his Ipad software to assist him in communicating with his new friends. The morning was a fantastic opportunity for pupils from both schools to work together and our pupils did an excellent job in representing the school. After all of their hard work, our pupils enjoyed lunch at Brewers Fayre before returning to school. Well done to our RRSA Assembly Committee!
