BwD Schools DANCE FEST 2014

We were very proud to be represented by a group of our pupils taking part in the annual BwD schools Celebration of Dance this evening. Children from across the borough took to the stage at King George’s Hall delivering amazing dance performances. All of the schools had developed their own ideas based on this year’s theme of ‘History’. Our group, led by TA3 Mel and supported by many of our staff did a fantastic job in a compilation dance off, illustrating dances through the decades of the he 20th century, including the 40’s jive to the leg warmer 80’s - all complete with fantastic costumes! Well done to everyone who took part and many thanks to the staff who enabled our children to show everyone what talented stars they are!
