RRSA Steering Group Meeting

Today we had our half termly RRSA meeting. Some parents joined the group and each of the committees fedback on the work they having been doing, and we have certainly all been busy! We watched the videos from our International School Link in Bangladesh showing their bike ride to a neighbouring village. We also looked at pictures of their school. Discussions were held on how we can promote Fairtrade and what course of action we will take to make Fairtrade fortnight really successful. We also watched an exciting video which gave a lot of information on Fairtrade. Val is going to do an assembly with steering group pupils on Fairtrade and Helen is running a ‘Fairtrade only’ tuckshop during that fortnight. We have lots of plans to continue to share the message of UNICEF and children’s rights, both in school and beyond, so watch this space!
