Newfield Choir entertains all!

Today, our choir went along to entertain the crowds at the Alltogether Club Christmas Family fair day at Derwent Hall, Darwen. They had stalls, food, crafts, games, a raffle and a visit from Father Christmas - but obviously our wonderful children singing and signing was the highlight! They performed twice and there were lots of really nice comments from parents who attend and other people at the event. Lois, our music teacher who runs choir with HLTA Rachael, says ā€˜…our pupils were fantastic - it really puts things into perspective when you see them in a different environment really enjoying themselves. Iā€™m glad we could do it.ā€™ And we are glad the pupils could do it too, which is only down to our spectacularly dedicated staff who gave up their Saturday, 2 weeks before Christmas, to take our children along. Well done and congratulations to the choir, and a massive thank you to all those staff involved!
