Lady Taverners Blackpool Trip

Today, thanks to the Lady Taverners, a group of pupils and staff were able to have a fantastic day out at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They went on rides, watched a show, had a fish and chip lunch and all in all had a wonderful time at the seaside! Each year, the Lady Taverners invite us to bring a group of children to the special day out, and thanks to our fantastic staff who give up their Saturday, we are able to support some of our children to attend. They enjoyed the rides, a show, a fish a chip lunch and all in all had a brilliant day out. Some of children who rarely speak we’re even heard shouting on the exciting rides! After a final treat at McDonald’s, the group made their way home, safe, sound and shattered! A massive thank you to the Lady Taverners and to our staff for making the day happen and giving the children such a special day out!
