Today we had our Hazard Awareness and Road Safety Workshop for our students on the final day of our health and safety week. Pupils were shown a video about a boy crossing the road who liked football which showed the hazards we see on the roads, this was then followed by our students walking across our crossing on the car park with our very own Lollipop Person. They really enjoyed crossing safely! In the hall the site managers had set up some hazards to help pupils learn about avoid slips, trips and falls. Everyone has had fun and learnt lots this week about being safe - thanks very much to the staff from the pupil services and premises teams for organising it for us!
