This evening, our students took part in the BwD ‘Children for Children at Christmas’ Concert at Blackburn Cathedral. Lois Talbot and Rachael Hayhurst took the choir group and wanted to let you all know that they had a great time at the Cathedral. The concert went very well and despite some factors beyond their control our pupils were fantastic! They had to do their piece - Silent Night - without a backing track (a technical hitch!) and so performed acapella! Our pupils were brilliant they listened very well to the other performers and their behaviour was outstanding, they were sat on the front row of the packed Cathedral for one hour! Congratulations to all members of the choir that took part and a special thank you to Martyn, Donna, Joanne Z, Rachael and Lois for giving up their time out of school to support our pupils.
