Newfield is even more excited than usual today, as it’s one of our favourite days of the year - Children in Need! Pudsey paid us an early morning visit at 10am, just catching some of the children as they were leaving for swimming, gym and DW sports centre visits. As you can see in the picture, he tried to escape to the swimming pool on the bus with our pupils - but we didn’t let him! Everyone has dressed in spots or stripes and the whole building is bursting with colour. Children have been showing off their walking skills to raise money in a sponsored walk that has been going on throughout the week, and later today there is a cake sale and a competition - more on that later…
