We have had a fantastic time all this week celebrating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with lots of unusual activities going on. Our own Queen and Duke of Edinburgh attended all of the special events which included a ball, a Royal Ascot day at the races complete with fancy hats and winners prizes & a visit from an entertainer which all the children and staff loved! The week culminated in a very grand luncheon, which was opened by the town crier of Lytham St. Anne’s - our friend Colin Ballard - it was spectacular! To end the celebrations, the old faithful Newfield disco took place, with the addition of some kareoke - it was well attended, and lots of people were happy to give us a song!
