Bonfire Night and Autism

Many parents of children on the autism spectrum, or with sensory issues, choose not to celebrate bonfire night because their children find it too distressing with all the lights and unexpected sounds.

This article from the National Autistic Society provides a list of tips to help them prepare for and enjoy bonfire night.
