The Kindness of Strangers

This week I found a lovely, uplifting news story of a stranger stopping to help a young boy with autism whilst he was having a meltdown on the seafront as he struggled turning around after a long walk. The stranger lay down with the young boy for a while and talked to him, which helped to calm the boy, whose name is Rudy. Rudy’s mum was very grateful and thanked the man for his act of kindness. She has used this opportunity to raise awareness of autism and global development delay. Follow the link to the article to read more.
