Back to the main focus of our Autism News section this week with an uplifting good news story. A teenager with autism from Sunderland has received an award from Boris Johnson for his illustrations. Jack enjoys art and found it a great outlet during the lock downs this past year, Jack is non verbal and like to express himself through art. He has always been interested in aircraft but has also been inspired by Tom Moore to raise money by illustrating a book about aviation. Read about this lovely story in the article attached.
